Calling All Heroes: Bible Adventure Awaits
This summer, children of our church family and the local community will set sail on a Bible adventure with the beloved VeggieTales™ characters.
They will sail with The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything, to discover the character of true heroes:
True heroes know God is with them. (Moses Exodus 3:1-4:17)
God can make me a hero. (Gideon, Judges 6:1-7:26)
True heroes do the right thing. (Shadrach, Meshach, & Abednego, Daniel 3:1-30)
True heroes reach out to Jesus. (Peter, Matthew 14:22-33)
True heroes share God’s Love. (Paul, Acts 27:1-44)
Vacation Bible School is for children entering kindergarten through entering grade 5.
A preschool program will be provided for children of volunteers and those enrolled in Sunday school or Young Children & Worship at First Presbyterian Church.
Students entering grades 6 through 8 will act as helpers and have special Junior Crew member enrollment. This group will require separate leadership training.
Cost: $15 one child: $25 two children:
$35 family maximum
Scholarships are available.
Volunteers are needed.
